This study has been published in the journal The Lancet Neurology, suggest that a chemical compound – delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol THC and cannabidiol (THC-CBD) – derived from the cannabis sativa plant which is given as additional treatments may help relieve the symptoms of flexibility (strict or not stiff muscles).

Spasticity is a progressive and fatal neurodegenerative disorder that affects nerve cells that control muscle movement. It is a major cause of disability and reduced quality of life in people with motor neurone disease.

  2. The power of cannabis is truly amazing. The more it’s studied, the more medical conditions it shows to have promise in treating. I’m so glad it’s been legalized so we can harness its power.
