EXFOLIATE
Giving your skin a deep cleansing, at least once a week, is a great way to show extra love. With your skin exfoliation removes dead skin cells, which improves texture, tone the skin and help prevent breakouts.
MASSAGE
If you do not massage your face, we suggest you get started. Like now! This will help improve blood flow and oxygen, drain toxin build-up and is incredibly relaxing. Remember to never massage the dry skin – use facial oils to avoid irritation. Also, use upward strokes to get a naturally lifted appearance.
MASK
Perhaps the most common skin care use, a face mask is very nice to add a little luxury to your routine at home. There are a number of different masks that you can choose – depending on your skin’s needs; clay for oily skin, Aloe Vera for dry skin and so on. You can even try multi-masking to overcome several problems at once.
OIL
Your skin deserves the best, and if there is one premium product worthy of smeared facial oil. Oil quickly add antioxidants, vitamins and moisture to all skin types and makes your skin glow. Cover under your moisturizer or use as part of your new massage routine.
I am such a big masker. I love a good face mask. I have been getting into oils too!
Great tips. I’ve recently discovered how amazing masks are. Cant imagine not having them in my skincare routine now.
With my skin becoming so dry and painful in the winter, this is definitely something I needed to read! Thank you for sharing. 🙂
I have always ignored the benefits of exfoliating! But I am on it now, thank you for reminding!
I really need to take better care of my skin! The lack of fresh air in lockdown has affected it so much and it needs some pampering.
